This Is For Someone Who Strugle With Drugs Addiction ....
Hope It Helps :)
This drug world isn't easy and the longer you're in it the more people you will meet that will be a bad influence on you. They say there are no friends in drugs, not quite true but they are fewer and further between than you might think. (in the meth addiction world anyway) Eventually these people will destroy your faith in humanity, or worse, bring you down to their level.
Meth... I don't believe is bad, but with it being illegal and costly it brings out the worst in people and will just keep taking you to new lows.all u have to do its just You need to believe in yourself, believe you are worth more than that, believe you are not one of them, believe through hard work you can make an awesome future for yourself, you can get past this.

Here are my main tips, some may disagree, this is just my opinion but I believe it works.
If you can afford your habit, use it without negatively affecting your relationships, job etc, if it doesn't make you go crazy and if you can score without dealing with low lifes, if you can eat and sleep fairly normally, if you can keep your habit from escalating to ridiculous amounts , if you can keep yourself safe from the law and if you truly feel it makes you a more productive, likeable, happy person, then I personally don't see a problem with using it. I doubt any person could tick off all of that list though.

If not..these 15 things will help somewhat, but you really have to work on it and it wont be easy.
1. Sleep 8 hours, normal times 11pm to 7am or something like that.
2. Eat healthy, treat yourself but try and get all your vitamins and minerals - take supplements also, especially B vitamins and omega 3.
3.Exercise, even just a 20 minute walk a day, housework, gardening, if you have a physical activity that you enjoy or that helps you de-stress, do that.
4. Don't get a job, plan for a career. What do you love doing other than drugs? What are your talents? How could you turn that into an income? research it, figure it out where you are headed in life and make that your priority. Study or work 3 jobs to save enough to start your own business, get an apprenticeship, but do something more than work, think about working towards and end goal.
5.Dream big. Work for those dreams.
6. Love yourself, believe you are worth it, believe!
7. Find a support network. If you have partner, girl friend / boyfriend that support you that would be great,or close friends and family ,then join a club or organisation that interests you, social interactions will be hard at first but after awhile you'll realize how rewarding true friendship is.
8. Do something for someone else wherever you see the opportunity, it will help you to believe in yourself, help you to find the empathy that used to be a part of you and you maybe lost in the haze of addiction. It will help clarify what's important in this world. Make a difference in someone else's life, big or small, they will appreciate it and it will boost your self esteem.
9. If you need it, get counselling, maybe even go on antidepressants if needed. You will need as much help as you can get to turn all the negative energy in your life into something positive, changing your thought processes, your habits, moving from instant gratification to long term satisfaction.
10. Separate yourself entirely from any drug user who doesn't have your back and isn't 100% supportive
11. If you believe in GOD, Pray, Faith can do wonderful things. Even if you're just curious, try it, you never know. If its not your thing move on.
12. Do something everyday for YOU something that makes you happy, whether it be watching a good movie, chatting with a friend online, playing a game, running, cooking a nice meal, eating chocolate..... indulge yourself, you don't have to hate pleasure, you just have to have limits and boundaries that are safe and healthy.
13. If you are a risk taker and you miss the excitement, go jump out of a plane or try an adrenaline junky sport.
14. Remember this is your journey and yours alone, what works for one person every time may never work for you. build your recovery to suit your individual needs.
15. Fight, persevere, never give up! If you slip up and use it again..remember this is a "lapse" not a relapse" You can still choose to get back on your recovery path, one slip up or two or three doesn't make you a failure, it makes you Human. Take note of the experience and the triggers and the feelings and think about whether that damn sweet puff was worth putting your whole future on the line for.. All your dreams.. and All your hopes,..And Finally..
iS A FU**IN PUFF WORTH MORE THAN YOUR DREAMS ???
